Sports therapy isn’t just for athletes, it’s for everyone. Despite what the name suggests, this healthcare approach helps people of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to prevent one, sports therapists work to get you back to your best – for sports, work, or daily activities. It’s simply about helping you function at your optimum.
Sports therapists treat both sports and non-sports injuries, as we specialise in all kinds of musculoskeletal issues.
Feel free to bring any relevant scans or MRI reports to your appointment, though this isn’t required. We’ll need your medical history as part of your assessment.
Wear whatever makes you comfortable, shorts and loose gym clothes often work best.
After your initial assessment, we’ll discuss your personalised treatment plan. The number of sessions varies depending on your specific condition, but we always aim for efficiency.
Appointments typically last 45 minutes.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session cost.

“I’ve had knee pain and problems with sciatica for several years now, and was having trouble even walking and getting out of a chair when I first went to see Jon. I can now get rid of the sciatica fairly promptly through ‘flossing’, another exercise Jon has taught me – pretty miraculous.”
